Spring is the perfect time to align ourselves with the vibrant, vital life force ignited by traditional ritual dances, mainly from Greece. In the final part of the day, we will dance to live music provided by musician friends.

Traditional dances have been passed down through countless generations, and embody an ancient worldview of community, sustainability, and reverence for the earth. Their steps and symbols contain valuable teachings and tools for insight, healing, and transformation. The dances invite us to open our hearts to the healing energy and hidden wisdom encoded in movements which are simple yet profound, gentle yet powerful.
